JULIAN EBERLING
After gaining in-depth knowledge and broad insights into innovation management and the venture building industry in various companies, I noticed that there are numerous solutions and providers for digital innovation development, intrapreneurship and design thinking. Traditional manufacturing companies often get the short end of the stick. Not every company works like Google or Facebook. Structured, KPI-based and grounded future management for industry is missing from the market. That's why I founded dockyard.ventures. My focus is on building new ventures, consulting in strategic future management and delivering innovation training. My project experience ranges from industries such as packaging, medical technology, mechanical engineering and pharmaceuticals to consumer goods.
PROJECT FAHARI
Promoting entrapreneurship and innovation in disadvantaged regions of the world is an effective way to improve the quality of life of thousands of people. Making our world a little better and not only thinking about the first world is a clear vision of dockyard.ventures. Therefore, we invest time and financial resources in Project Fahari.
